The spring transfer portal is going to impact Oklahoma State and they’re going to take advantage. Oregon offensive tackle George Silva is visiting Stillwater March 23, his agency told 247Sports. Silva, a three-star transfer, had eligibility issues because of his JUCO year, but after a ruling Thursday, he’s clear for one more year of college football. [247 Sports]
