The commitment boosts the Pokes to a fun spot in the recruiting rankings: 

That five-man class ranks 31st nationally with (Kaydin) Jones’ commitment — one spot ahead of the Cowboys’ in-state rival OU.

Will things feel different than year’s past? I’m not sure there’s a right or wrong answer to that given the success Gundy has had throughout his first 20 (last season notwithstanding). But with how tenured last season’s staff was, surely some things from a day-to-day standpoint have shifted at least a little going into 2025.
