Daily Bullets (May 16): David Taylor Keeps Stacking Recruits
Thanks for stopping by – here’s your daily dose of Oklahoma State sports news.
Scores
Baseball: Cowboys 6, Arizona State 2
OSU Bullets
• Massive win for David Taylor yesterday as the Cowboys landed twin brothers in the top ten of recruiting rankings (PFB)
• Cowgirl Softball takes on Indiana today at 3pm on ESPN2, their first game in the Fayetteville Regional (X)
• A CBS blogger has Cowboy Football at No. 15 (in the Big 12) in his preseason rankings:
Mike Gundy is a miracle worker, but this may be his toughest challenge yet. The Cowboys were awful last season and then lost essentially every positive playmaker in the program. A strong post-spring portal period helps, but part of the attraction is a depleted depth chart. OSU must hope either Hauss Hejny or Zane Flores is a difference maker at quarterback.
• TulsaWorld’s Eric Bailey points to the offensive line as OSU’s biggest question
• Pokes will see a familiar face for a Valentine’s Day baseball tournament in Texas next year (PFB)
Non-OSU Bullets
• Looking at the battle between college football power conferences (with changes looming) • School district builds tiny homes for teachers in Colorado

Each attempt is an experiment. Each mistake is a clue.
You’re not failing. You’re refining.”
