Larry Fedora on Gundy: “Of all the head coaches I’ve been around, Mike has done as good as job as anybody balancing his time between family and coaching. I think he’s probably done a better job than anybody I’ve been associated with. Over the years there were probably quite a few things that people were not aware of that Mike would schedule around his sons’ activities. He has shown that you can be successful and still have some sort of balance in your life.” [NewsOK]
Gundy dances to celebrate No. 100. Amazing. [PFB]
Gundy is now one of just 10 coaches to win 100 games only at their alma mater. [CRFF]
Gundy also celebrated with the fans which was great. [PFB]
Ramon Richards on MG: “He’s had so much success, just to be a part of his milestone is great. I love him as a coach. I love him as a man. It just feels great to be a part of one of his successes.” [NewsOK]
We missed it on video, but Glenn Spencer gave Mike Gundy the game ball in the locker room after today's win. Cool moment #okstate #GoPokes

OSU Beats WVU
10 thoughts on the game. [PFB]
James Washington: “Before the game, I told all the receivers, ‘With this 3-3 stack how they play, we’re not getting any deep balls today. So we’re going to have to catch the short stuff and make something happen out of it.’ I feel like that’s exactly what we did.” [NewsOK]
Great job here by Mark Cooper on capturing the Homecoming parade a year later. [Tulsa World]
That was OSU’s sixth win over a top 10 team in the Gundy era. [PFB]
Yurcich on Chris Lacy. This is terrific: “His plays were huge just as far as ‘money plays,’ as I call ‘em. His ability to come through when we need him is awesome today. I’m so happy for the kid. He’s such a great person. He’s a tremendous young man. He’s squared-away. I’m a big fan of that kid, and he came through big time today.” [O’Colly]

Gundy on being bowl eligible: “It didn’t even get brought up today in my press conference and I didn’t think of it until now and that used to be a big deal. We have created a monster here and with social media and every other outlet out there the only way you can feed it is wins. You have to keep winning and that is what we have created. I still have to look at that, but also what are we doing for the players and for their future.” [Go Pokes — $]
Mike Yurcich on the defense setting up the offense for scores: “It’s always a momentum-changer. It’s emotional. But it’s psychological. Now your brain changes chemically. That’s a big deal.” [NewsOK]
Wowza.
Easy pick. Gundy has a history of winning in this type of game. Gundy-coached Cowboys are 31-6 in their last 37 October games. https://t.co/AW8T3Dylq5
