Five-star Power Forward Names OSU in Final 11
Oklahoma State is in the mix to land ESPN top 25 talent Carte’Are Gordon, as he announced the Cowboys in his final 11 on twitter Friday:

Gordon is a 6-foot-9 power forward from St. Louis, MO, with just over 15 scholarship offers. Notably, he seems to have eliminated Iowa State, Kansas State, Cincinnati, and UNLV from his offer list.
The 2018 big man who plays for Mokan Elite, which also features OSU target Trae Young, averaged more than 10 points per game on the Nike EYBL circuit this summer and nearly 12 PPG during the Peach Jam — where his team took home the, er – peaches.

As far as a timetable for his commitment, I don’t expect anything in the near future.“Next year Peach Jam or next year right before my senior year is when I’ll make my decision,” Gordon says.
He’s slated to official visits to Illinois, Kansas, Mizzou, USC, and others. And with OSU being close geographically, I expect he will likely make a trip to Stillwater, too.
