Football Pokes Have Graduated 25 from 2017 Football Team Including Washington, Lacy, Ateman
Oklahoma State’s 2018 graduation took place over the weekend, and several Cowboys received their diplomas on Saturday. Among them were NFL Draft picks James Washington and Chris Lacy as well as Taylor Cornelius and Jerel Morrow.
That means that 25 players from the 2017 football team have now graduated, including Marcell Ateman, Zach Crabtree and Tre Flowers.
I'm not making this up. Jerrel Morrow DB for @CowboyFB is leaving #okstate with a degree in entrepreneurship, a degree in marketing, a degree in management, a minor in sports marketing and a minor in sports management. pic.twitter.com/Xa9qDUb7Nw

Three OSU players were named to the 2017 CoSIDA Academic All-America team, Brad Lundblade, Justice Hill and Britton Abbott. OSU was the only Power Five team with two CoSIDA Academic All-America first-team honorees in 2017.
Lacy graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management while Washington graduated with a degree in farm and ranch management (no classes taught by Mike Gundy … that I know of).
