The former 174 pounder for the Pokes has been training at American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose with UFC Champ and former Cowboy Daniel Cormier.
I spoke with Kyle on his fight a few months ago and he mentioned it had been difficult for him to find someone willing to fight him for his debut. He said with high level wrestlers it can be hard for them to find people willing to step up and take them on. My understanding is he had some issues here in getting that. With that I think there’s something to be said for the guy who was willing to step up and take on the fight.
We’ll try and keep you posted on when his next fight is.
