Fran Fraschilla Delivers Message to OSU Team: ‘You’re Going to be a Part of Something Special’

ESPN analyst Fran Fraschilla paid a visit to Stillwater this past week to check in on Oklahoma State, visit with coach Mike Boynton and get a pulse update on the state of the program. During his stay, he delivered an inspiring message to the Cowboy team pumping up the future of OSU hoops.

“You have a coach that is a rising star,” said Fraschilla. “All you young guys, you’re going to be a part of something special. You’re building the program from the ground up.

“This program has incredible tradition. This place is known as one of the loudest places. The tradition is here, the coaching staff is here, you’re in a great league. Now it’s about listening to [these coaches] and getting better every day.”

High praise from an analyst of Fraschilla’s profile, and especially so considering his son, James, played down the road at OU.

Like Boynton, Fraschilla is a Brooklyn guy. So they share something pretty personal in common. Fraschilla, over the years, has also made his bones giving ample coverage to the Big 12 as an ESPN personality.
