Get to Know Cowboys Responsible for OSU Golf’s 12th National Championship
A little bit about each of the golfers that got the Cowboys back on top.
National championships are beginning to become something of a routine for Oklahoma State men’s golf.
On Wednesday, the Cowboys joined Texas as the only program in the nation to win three championships since 2006 (Oklahoma State also won the title in 2018).
The Cowboys are the only team in the nation to have either won the title or finished second five times since 2006. Texas and Alabama each did so four times, while Stanford finished inside the top two three times.
On Thursday, the Golf Coaches Association of America honored OSU sophomores Preston Stout and Ethan Fang as First-Team All-Americans. It’s the first time since 2019 that the Cowboys finished with two First-Team golfers.
Get to know more about those two Cowboys and their teammates who helped Oklahoma State finish the season on top.
