Hoops Recruiting: Top 40 Class of 2025 Prospect Nyk Lewis Visiting during Bedlam Weekend
Boynton has another high-level prospect in Stillwater this weekend.

Mike Boynton and his staff are hosting another high-level prospect in the 2025 recruiting class this weekend.
Nyk Lewis, a 6-foot-1 point guard from Washington D.C., is on an Oklahoma State visit. Lewis is the No. 39 player in the 2025 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. He already has offers to Maryland, LSU, Tennessee, Georgetown, Iowa, Marquette and others.
Lewis was on a Team Takeover squad that won Peach Jam on the Nike EYBL circuit this past summer. He averaged eight points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists a game at the event while shooting 41% from 3-point range and 94% from the foul line.
The Cowboys are off to a quick start in the 2025 class with the commitment of Carlsheon Young. Boynton also had a big haul of prospects in for homecoming last weekend, including 2025 five-star Joson Sanon and four-stars Jeremiah Green and Bryce Heard. It’s early days for the 2025 cycle, but the one-man class of Young has the Cowboys at No. 5 nationally in 247Sports’ team rankings.
