LOOK: Trace Clark Transforming Body Post Football
Former Oklahoma State defensive end Trace Clark is finding out about life post football. And part of that life appears to be trimming some of the extra pounds from his playing weight, which he reports was at 256 lbs. in January. Since then, however, he is already down 40 lbs. and posted a pretty cool transformation photo to his Instagram:
Pretty cool to see him coping with life after football in such a motivating way. Kind of makes me want to get off the couch and hit the treadmill!
