NCAA Selection Committee Chair Chris Reynolds Explains OSU’s Exclusion, Talking Heads Chime In

The Cowboys were the first team out of the NCAA’s Field of 68 making for a somber Selection Sunday in Stillwater.
Despite playing in the toughest league in college basketball and earning six Quad 1 wins, the Cowboys were left out of the NCAA Tournament field thanks in no small part to nonconference losses to Southern Illinois, UCF and Virginia Tech.
According to NCAA Selection Committee Chairman Chris Reynolds, those noncon losses played a part.
