STILLWATER — Barring an unforeseen duel for the ages, Oklahoma State’s game against No. 6 Oregon probably won’t be one of Saturday’s most watched games.

But to NFL scouts and GMs, it’s one of the most important games of the weekend. College GameDay reported that 22 scouts will attend No. 1 Ohio State at No. 4 Texas. GameDay had the NFL turnout for the Cowboys vs the Ducks listed at 20.

Officially, the count provided on the press box seating chart includes 19 NFL reps, headlined by three from both the Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons, followed by two scouts from the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants and Baltimore Ravens.

Other teams represented include the Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams.

ESPN reporter Max Olson posted online that Cardinals General Manager Monti Ossenfort, Falcons GM Ian Cunningham and Falcons president of football Matt Ryan were in attendance for Saturday’s game.

Altough most eyes will be on Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, who is commonly projected as the first or second quarterback off the board in the 2027 NFL Draft, Oklahoma State quarterback Drew Mestemaker was in the first-round conversation this offseason before last week’s disastrous start at Tulsa. A good showing by him, or any of the Cowboys, on Saturday could boost their draft stock.
