In the background of college football’s Selection Sunday, both the AP and Amway Coaches rankings were announced, and Oklahoma State moved up one spot according to the coaches.

OSU sits at No. 21 in the coaches poll and remained just outside of the AP Top 25, the first team out.

The top four for both polls mirrors the College Football Playoff’s pic for the CFP semifinal. Oklahoma moved up to 8/7 in the two other polls after a Big 12 title game victory over Iowa State.

The Cyclones dropped to 12 in both rankings. Texas (20/24) and Oklahoma State (NR/21) round out the Big 12 teams. Tulsa dropped to 22 and 25 after its loss to Cincinnati in the conference title game Saturday.

Here’s a look at both polls for Week 16.
