Oklahoma State Makes First Appearance in AP Top 25, Moves up in Coaches Poll
OSU peaks into the top 25 in time for a ranked-on-ranked matchup in Week 3.
Oklahoma State made its first appearance of the season in the AP Top 25, which was released on Sunday afternoon. After starting the season unranked in the poll, the Cowboys come in at No. 24, a spot ahead of Michigan State and behind Miami, USC and Arizona State.
The Cowboys also made a climb in the Amway Coaches Poll, up four spots from No. 23 last week to No. 19 this week. The new rankings assure a top-25 matchup on Saturday between the Pokes and Boise State, which visits Stillwater for a mid-afternoon kick.
