Oklahoma State Moves up in Coaches, AP Poll (Again)

The Cowboys convincing win over TCU on Saturday made a small change in the hearts of voters in the Coaches and AP polls that were released early Sunday. The Pokes entered the week No. 13 in both polls, and made a small climb up to No. 10 in the Coaches and AP top 25.

Here is how the Big 12 is represented in the AP poll:

  • No. 7: Oklahoma
  • No. 10: Oklahoma State
  • No. 19: West Virginia

And here is the AP top 25.

The poll that ultimately has the final say in the college football playoff will be released on Tuesday on ESPN. Oklahoma State is currently No. 11 in the committee’s eyes, but will likely see a jump into the top 10 when the new poll is released.
