Oklahoma State Offers Four-Star Forward Keanu Dawes
Dawes is a Top 100 prospect in the 2023 class.

Mike Boynton might be in Mexico with the USA Basketball U18 National Team, but that hasn’t slowed down his recruiting.
Keanu Dawes, a 6-foot-8 forward from Houston, announced an Oklahoma State offer Wednesday night. Dawes is a four-star prospect in the 2023 class.
Who Is He?
Dawes plays his high school ball at Stratford High in west Houston, and he plays with Texas Takeover Elite for AAU. Stratford went 27-6 in Dawes’ junior season.
At 6-8 (or 6-7, depending on where you look) and 210 pounds, Dawes is a modern stretch forward with the ability to slash to the basket and catch-and-shoot from 3.
In the Rankings
Dawes is the No. 94 player in the 2023 composite rankings, making him the No. 6 player from Texas in the cycle. Rivals is highest on him, among the major recruiting services, listing him as the No. 76 player in the class.
Others Involved
The Cowboys join Texas, Texas A&M, TCU, Stanford, Tennessee, Kansas State, Houston and others in the pursuit of Dawes. He has made multiple visits to A&M, most recently in March, and he visited Texas in January.
