Oklahoma State Offers Pair of Denton Guyer Freshmen
It seems like a similar situation to how Mike Boynton noticed Cade Cunningham
Mike Boynton and his staff have been all over in recent days primarily recruiting 2022 targets, but some younger prospects must have caught his eye.
Oklahoma State is making a strong push for Class of 2022 prospect KyeRon Lindsay. Lindsay was in Stillwater for the Missouri State football game, and Mike Boynton reportedly went down to Denton Guyer High School to see Lindsay last week.
A day after Boynton was in Denton, Guyer freshmen (Class of 2025) Jeremiah Green and Jordan Lowery announced Oklahoma State offers. Not saying Green or Lowery are the next Cade Cunningham, but this is a similar situation to Boynton going down to Arlington Bowie High School a few years back to watch Kyler Edwards before a young Cunningham caught Boynton’s eye.
There are no 2025 rankings out yet (there are hardly 2024 rankings), but 247Sports lists Green as a 6-foot-2, 165-pound shooting guard. He also holds offers from George Washington and Troy. Green played for ProSkills on the AAU circuit this summer.
Lowery doesn’t even have a recruiting profile yet, but he lists himself as a 6-1 point guard. He played for Drive Nation this summer. It looks as if OSU is his first college offer
