The Cowboys’ coaching staff remains hard at work with offensive line coach Charlie Dickey offering a trio of Texas standouts in the past 24 hours and Tim Duffie offering a highly regarded 2026 recruit.

Here are quick breakdowns of the four prospects.

Ellis Davis, 2024, OL

Out of Prosper, Texas, Ellis Davis is the No. 256 player in the 2024 class in the 247Sports Composite rankings and a four-star recruit.

Listed at 6-foot-6, 260 pounds, Davis also has offers to Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas A&M, Penn State, Florida State, Auburn, TCU, Tennessee and others. Davis’ Prosper Eagles went 13-2 in his junior season, making it to the semifinals of the Texas 6A-DI state playoffs before falling to eventual champ Duncanville.

Michael Fasusi, 2025, OL

A top 50 player in his class, Lewisville High School standout Michael Fasusi is already listed at a towering 6-foot-4, 285 pounds despite having two more seasons of high school football to play.

He is the No. 49 player in the 247Sports Composite rankings, and he already has offers from USC, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Florida State and others. He played right tackle for a Lewisville team that went 11-2 last season, making it to the Texas 6A-DI regional round.

Ty Haywood, 2025, OL

Another highly regarded Lone Star State lineman, Ty Haywood is the No. 88 prospect in his class.

A four-star standout, Haywood is listed at 6-foot-6, 270 pounds and has offers from Ohio State, USC, TCU, Texas, Florida State, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon and others. He hails from Denton Ryan High, the same high school that produced Spencer Sanders.

As a sophomore, Haywood played left tackle for a team that went 7-4 in 2022, making an appearance in the Texas 5A-DI playoffs.

London Smith, 2026, DB

A 6-foot, 175-pound corner, London Smith picked off four passes and caught 36 balls for 600 yards and six touchdowns as a freshman at University High in Waco, becoming his district’s Newcomer of the Year.

For only being a freshman, Smith has a solid offer sheet that already includes Baylor, TCU, Texas Tech, Nebraska and others.
