TRANSFER PORTAL TRACKER

The Cowboys have lost a second receiver to the transfer portal.

Jaden Bray entered the portal on Monday, according to Rivals. A 6-foot-2 redshirt sophomore from Norman, Bray caught 30 passes for 382 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games this season. He joins Blaine Green as OSU receivers in the portal.

“I want to say thank you to Oklahoma State for giving me the opportunity to be a part of their program,” Bray wrote in a social media post. “The time I have spent here has brought many memories and so many friendships. I am glad to be a part of three talented groups. With that being said, I will be entering the transfer portal. I will always cherish the lessons and memories I have gained from here as I step into the new chapter of my life. Thank you Stillwater.”

Bray burst onto the scene as a true freshman in OSU’s Fiesta Bowl-winning 2021 season, catching 13 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns. One of those touchdowns came in OSU’s Fiesta Bowl win against Notre Dame. He battled with injuries in 2022, breaking his thumb. He redshirted that season while catching only five passes for 54 yards.

Joining the Cowboys as part of the 2021 recruiting class, Bray was a three-star prospect and chose OSU over offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Kansas State, Iowa State, SMU and others. He was one of four receivers OSU took in that 2021 class, joining Bryson Green, Blaine Green and John Paul Richardson. Bryson and Richardson transferred after last season, and Blaine and Bray are now in the portal.

Bray becomes the fifth OSU player to enter the portal since it opened last week — a number that is down considerably from last season. Lardarius Webb Jr., Ricky Lolohea and Gunnar Gundy are the other Pokes in the portal.
