Oklahoma State releases 2014 football schedule
Florida State, OU, Baylor, and Kansas State — all away from Boone’s house.
Oklahoma State’s 2014 football schedule has been released. Here’s a look:
Aug. 30 — vs. Florida State (Dallas)
Sept. 6 — Missouri State
Sept. 13 — UTSA
Sept. 20 — Open
Sept. 25 (Thursday) — Texas Tech
Oct. 4 — Iowa State
Oct. 11 — at Kansas
Oct. 18 — at TCU
Oct. 25 — West Virginia
Nov. 1 — at Kansas State
Nov. 8 — Open
Nov. 15 — Texas
Nov. 22 — at Baylor
Nov. 29 -or- Dec. 6 — at Oklahoma
Two games against “Open” — hope they aren’t tough next year.
That Florida State game is going to be about as much fun as tackling Julius Crosslin in a wind tunnel. Other than that though, the schedule is pretty nice. OSU doesn’t have a true road game until October 11th. That’s pretty crazy.
Actually, with what’s left on the schedule this year OSU only has one true road game in the next 339 days (at Texas next week).
Tech at home on a Thursday night (while perhaps silly) will be fun. At Kansas will be easy since Mason Rudolph will have taken over by then.
The last four (like this year) are pretty killer. At KSU is never fun and Baylor and OU will be good again.
Also love the “or” — did Gundy help make this thing, or what?
