Oklahoma State Still Heavily Recruiting In-State LB
The coaching staff has made a concerted effort to target several Oklahoma prospects this year, and they have already landed commitments from two of the top senior prospects in the state from Jenks’ Dillon Stoner (WR) and Booker T. Washington’s Justice Hill (RB).
Despite their success, they are hungry for more in-state talent. One specific target is senior linebacker Calvin Bundage from Edmond Santa Fe. Bundage is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound mauler who punishes opponents and is known for his hard-hitting style of play.

The coaching staff is recruiting Bundage as a star-linebacker, and he could fit the position very well thanks to his versatility and experience in high school. He has experience playing at safety, so he is a very mobile prospect for a guy his size. But he has grown into his own this year, and he’s frankly too big to play at safety – and too valuable of a threat not to play at linebacker.
Oklahoma State already has two commitments at the linebacker position – Karns (Tennessee) athlete Devin Harper, and Calgary, AB prospect Amen Ogbongbemiga. Bundage would be a wonderful addition and would likely be the final prospect at linebacker to fill out the class. He also holds scholarship offers from OU, Oregon, Arizona, Arizona State, Tennessee and others.
