Oklahoma State Transfer Center Moussa Cisse Commits to Ole Miss
Cisse is headed to the SEC.

Moussa Cisse is taking the Spencer Sanders route.
Cisse committed to Ole Miss on Sunday. Listed 7-foot-1, Cisse played in 32 games for the Cowboys last season, averaging 6.8 points, eight rebounds and 1.9 blocks a game. He was the Big 12’s Defensive Player of the Year for the 2021-22 season, his first season in Stillwater.
He transferred to OSU from Memphis after earning Freshman of the Year honors in the American Athletic Conference. His offensive game is still growing, but Cisse’s defensive prowess is legit. In three seasons of college basketball, he already has 162 career blocks.
Cisse is one of six OSU players to transfer from the program this offseason, and he is one of five to find a new home thus far, joining Avery Anderson (TCU), Kalib Boone (UNLV), Woody Newton (George Mason) and Tyreek Smith (SMU).
OSU has added three from the portal this offseason: Javon Small (East Carolina), Mike Marsh (Jacksonville) and Jarius Hicklen (North Florida). Boynton and his staff also did an excellent job in the 2023 high school class, signing five players that collectively represent the No. 9 class in the country, according to 247.
It’ll be a new-look team all over for OSU next season but particularly in the front court. OSU could still go after another forward in the transfer portal to match with Brandon Garrison (a McDonald’s All-American) and Marsh.
