OSU Football: 10 Cowboys Set to Showcase Their Talents at Big 12’s Pro Day

See which Cowboys are set to show out for NFL scouts.

It’s getting mighty close to #DraftSZN, and a handful of Cowboys are eager to get in front of NFL talent scouts.

Oklahoma State will take part in the first-ever Big 12 Pro Day next weekend, and 10 Cowboys are on the docket to showcase their skills.

This is the league’s first attempt at a conference-wide exhibition for pro hopefuls which will take place March 27-31 in Frisco, Texas. Here’s a description from the Big 12’s press release: “The Big 12 and NFL are partnering to reimagine student-athlete evaluations with player skill assessments designed to maximize the prospect experience.”

Zebra Technologies, which also supplies data for the NFL’s Next Gen Stats, will be on hand to make sure those 40 times are accurate.

And here’s a schedule of the events:

Quarterbacks, Receivers and Tight Ends — Thurs. 7:15 a.m.-10. a.m.
Running Backs — Thurs. 10:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
Defensive Backs — Thurs. 2:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m.
Specialists — Saturday 7:15 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
Offensive Linemen — Saturday 9:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Defensive Linemen — Saturday 12:30 p.m.-3p.m.
Linebackers — Saturday 2:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m.

Player workouts will be open to the public through the duration both days. For a complete list of participants, check out the Big 12’s release. The 2024 NFL Draft will take place in Detroit, Michigan April 25-27.
