OSU Hoops to Open Cade Cunningham Era against Green Bay
Cunningham is starting his career in GIA.
Cade Cunningham’s first game as a Cowboy has a date: Nov. 10.
All dates are somewhat tentative for in the current time, but that’s when Oklahoma State is scheduled to open its season in Gallagher-Iba Arena, according the CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein.

It will be the first meeting between the two programs. Green Bay went 17-6 last season and 11-7 in the Horizon League. The program lost two of its top three scorers from last season to graduation, but Green Bay does return Amari Davis, who averaged 15.9 points a game as a freshman.
Green Bay isn’t the sexiest opponent, but it’s a respectable mid-major program to add what looks to be another stacked nonconference schedule OSU coach Mike Boynton is putting together.
Rothstein has also reported the Pokes will play Louisville in the Armed Forces Classic and Virginia Tech in a game in either Stillwater or Oklahoma City. New Iona coach Rick Pitino mentioned he was scheduling a game against OSU in Madison Square Garden, though he didn’t say the year.
The Cowboys will also play in the Charleston Classic alongside Seton Hall, Tennessee, Penn State, Florida State, Houston, VCU and Charleston.
OSU will play an SEC foe and a Big East foe in the respective conference vs. conference challenges.
It’s all setting up to be quite the showcase for Cunningham, Isaac Likekele and company. And it will (hopefully) start Nov. 10.
