PFB Update and Schedule: Homecoming Week

Back at it this week! I hope you enjoyed the bye week, because Oklahoma State doesn’t get another one until (hopefully) December 9. With the Big 12 race reset we saw on Saturday, the next two months should be a thrill ride, and it all starts this week with Homecoming against Baylor. Can’t wait.

Oklahoma State Games

• Mon-Sun, October 9-15: Men’s tennis in Houston — All day
• Mon-Tue, October 9-10: Men’s golf at Paintbrush Invitational (Colo.) — All day
• Wednesday, October 11: Softball vs. Seminole State in Stillwater — 6 p.m.
• Thursday, October 12: Softball vs. Cowley County in Stillwater — 6 p.m.
• Friday, October 13: Cross country at Penn State Open — 11 a.m.
• Friday, October 13: Soccer at Texas Tech — 6 p.m. on FSN
• Friday, October 13: Homecoming and Hoops in Stillwater at GIA — 9 p.m.
• Saturday, October 14: Football vs. Baylor in Stillwater — 2:30 p.m. on FS1

Oklahoma State Media Appearances

Mike Gundy will have his weekly press conference on Monday morning, and we will have notes and the video of it up shortly thereafter. Players and coordinators will be available after practice on Tuesday afternoon.

PFB Coverage

Hayden Barber will be in Stillwater on Tuesday for practice. Kyle Boone will be at the football game on Saturday. Jackson Lavarnway will be shooting photos at Homecoming and Hoops, the parade on Saturday and the football game. Carson and I will tape two podcasts. One will be on Tuesday (hopefully with a guest), and the other will be a live show on Thursday at 2 p.m.

We will set that up so you can start sending in questions before we go live with it. You can watch it on Facebook, and then we’ll turn it into a pod later on in the day.

Site/Staff Updates

We had a nice bye week, but we’re ready to jump back in for the heart of the college football season over the next two months.

One nerdy site note: Something that was corrected last week was that some of the mobile blog post titles were not properly centered. I believe we have that fixed now. Also, please let us know what you like don’t like about the current site and other sites as we think about what our site looks like in the future.
