Report: Former Arkansas Guard Davonte Davis to Visit Oklahoma State
Before his time at Arkansas, Davis had previously committed to Oklahoma State.
Steve Lutz will reportedly host a sought-after transfer with the hopes that this time he lands in Stillwater.
Former Arkansas guard Davonte Davis will be visiting Oklahoma State this week, according to college hoops insider Jon Rothstein.
Arkansas transfer Davonte Davis tells me that he just finished a visit to Grand Canyon and is next heading to Florida Atlantic.
Davis will also visit Oklahoma State sometime this week.

Davis was a key piece in a Razorback team that made it to the Elite Eight two years ago, averaging a career-high 10.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 33.1 minutes per game that season. His minutes dropped slightly last season (27.4), and he averaged 5.9 points and 3.4 rebounds. Over four years with the Hogs, Davis started 85 games, and averaged 8.5 points and four rebounds.
As a high schooler, Davis was a four-star prospect and a top-100 talent the last time OSU came calling. He visited Stillwater on an unofficial basis back in June of 2018, the summer before Mike Boynton’s second season, and then committed to the Cowboys that December. But Davis was lured away by his in-state team and decommitted in October of 2019 before pledging to Arkansas.
As of writing, Lutz has eight scholarships available for this upcoming season. Two transfer portal prospects (Kevin Overton from Drake and Brendan Wenzel from Wyoming) included OSU in their top groups last week.
