The second round pick by the Los Angeles Clippers played in just 48 games, starting four, as the Clippers struggled through a slew of injuries, especially in their back court.
Evans has dealt with lower abdominal pain off and on this season and with just five games left in the regular season, is hanging it up in hopes to be fully healthy for the start of training camp this fall.
Evans averaged 4.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists. At 41-36, the Clippers sit at 10th place in the West Conference and are on the outside looking in for a spot in the playoffs.
