Report: UCLA Transfer Receiver Kwazi Gilmer to Visit Oklahoma State
Gilmer is a former four-star prospect.
Kwazi Gilmer was a high-level recruit who started his college career with back-to-back productive seasons in the Big Ten, and he’s giving Oklahoma State a look out of the portal.
Gilmer will visit Oklahoma State on Monday, according to 247Sports’ Blair Angulo. He’ll visit Arizona State this weekend.
Listed at 6-foot-2, 190 pounds, Gilmer is coming off a true sophomore season at UCLA in which he caught 50 passes for 535 yards and four touchdowns. He had at least 70 receiving yards in three games this season: 87 against UNLV, 79 against Penn State and 73 against USC. On the year, he was UCLA’s leader in receiving yards, receptions and receiving touchdowns.

As a true freshman in 2024, Gilmer caught 31 passes for 345 yards, including a three-catch, 88-yard, one-touchdown performance in Lincoln against Nebraska that earned him Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors.
Out of Sierra Canyon in Los Angeles, Gilmer was a four-star prospect in the 2024 recruiting class. The 247Sports Composite ranking listed him as the No. 237 player in all of the class. He chose the hometown Bruins over offers from Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Washington, Stanford, Arizona, Michigan State and others.
Like the rest of the roster, OSU’s receiving room will look quite a bit different in 2026 than it did in 2025. Of the nine receivers who caught a pass for the Cowboys this past season, only Gavin Freeman has eligibility left and hasn’t announced his entry into the transfer portal. Nick Edwards is set to coach the Cowboy pass-catchers this upcoming season.
