Rickie Fowler: ‘My Home Away From Home Will Always Be Stillwater’

I’m not sure if I posted this already so apologies if I did, but this mini-documentary on Rickie Fowler’s love for the orange and black (and the reciprocation) is excellent.[1. Heck, it’s worth it for the Stan Clark quotes alone.]

My favorite quotes were from Mike Holder.

“He’s the personification of everything we value as Cowboys,” said Holder of Fowler.

“There’s nothing to do and that’s by design,” said Holder of Stillwater. “You don’t come play golf at Oklahoma State unless you’re serious.”

Fowler agreed.

“Before I was even recruited, I knew exactly what I was looking for in order to take my game to the next level.”

I think we’re there now.
