The Best College Football Plays From Across the Country in Week 3
Oklahoma State was involved in one of three match-ups between Top-25 opponents in College Football across the country. But the excitement expanded past those three games. From jaw-dropping snags to cringe-worthy fumbles, there were plenty of plays worth reviewing from areas outside of Stillwater, OK. Let’s take a look.
Most Clutch Play of the Week
LSU, down by two with a few seconds left on the clock, sent out a graduate-transfer kicker who cooly nailed this walk-off field goal like he had been doing so since he was eight-years-old. Icy.

Most Clever Play of the Week
The more I watch this play, the more I enjoy it. You see punt returners try to take off after calling for a fair catch quite often, but its not every day that you see a fake fair catch executed like this! And it looked easy.

Most Impressive Catches of the Week
On 4th and 11… This catch was needed to keep the Cyclones from disappearing late in the game.

I know you saw this yesterday…. But wow. He juggles the ball to himself with one hand and ultimately secures it with the same hand in the end-zone.

Running Backs in Action
The hurdle here was eye-opening. But the hit after might be better!

Prettiest Deep Balls Thrown
TCU went down last night, but Shawn Robinson has a huge arm. This toss was a beaut. The frogs played Ohio State tough, and could have had a chance to win late if it wasn’t for some costly turnovers in the 3rd quarter.

Great. So now ‘Bama has a QB that can sling it, as if they needed another weapon in the arsenal.

Luckiest Bounce of the Day
Nothing will ever top the lucky bounce Jermaine Gresham got en route to a Bedlam TD several years back…. But this was a pretty fortunate bounce for the Boilermakers.

Least Fortunate Bounce of the Day
Vandy could have used some lucky bounces to give them a chance to take down Notre Dame. This did not get those bounces, and this is a perfect illustration of Vanderbilt football.
Last quarter, @alohigilman forced a fumble and @julianlove27 recovered the ball for a touchback.
That was a going on in one play, but this clip should help you break down the Irish defensive brilliance. #GoIrish☘️ #VUvsND pic.twitter.com/mH6HMpyLm4
