The Best of Social Media from OSU’s Cheez-It Bowl Win over Miami
It’s guaranteed to get cheesy.
The Cowboys came out on top over Miami to end 2020 on a high note. But, as we’ve come to expect, they played Jekyll and Hyde and toyed with fans’ hearts. Of course, that led to some stress and some hilarity on Twitter.
Here are some of the highlights from my timeline on Tuesday night.
The Cowboys came out throwing, with zero rush attempts on their opening drive, just like we all predicted.
OSU went full OU on the Hurricanes in the first quarter, zooming to a 21-0 lead.
Chuba was with his teammates, in spirit.
Tylan Wallace was on-hand and in one half shared the team lead with six catches before sitting out in the second.
And don’t bring your Tylan ire around No. 3.
Not related to the bowl game specifically, but Jeez-It.
Fortunately, the Cowboys avoided that.
After and mid-game lull, the Cowboys offense came to life and its defense closed strong to seal the win.
