Anthony Goodlow drew a ton of interest when he entered the transfer portal at the start of the month, but after evaluating his options, Goodlow will be a Poke.

Goodlow, a defensive line transfer from Tulsa, announced his commitment to Oklahoma State on Saturday night, picking the Cowboys over transfer offers from USC, TCU, UCLA and others.

Listed at 6-foot-4, 286 pounds, Goodlow had 44 tackles, eight tackles for loss, two sacks and two pass breakups in his redshirt senior season. In his Tulsa career, Goodlow had 113 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, three pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovers.

Originally out of Del City, Goodlow chose Tulsa over high school offers from Memphis, Wyoming, UL-Monroe and Navy. As a senior edge rusher with the Eagles, Goodlow had 105 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 19 sacks, 13 QB pressures, three pass breakups and three forced fumbles.

Goodlow joins former Tulsa teammate (and roommate) Justin Wright in Stillwater. The Cowboys also have an offer out to Tulsa safety transfer Kendarin Ray.

Goodlow is the fifth player OSU has taken out of the portal (sixth if you count junior college defensive back Lardarius Webb Jr.). It’s a major addition for the Cowboys not just in that Goodlow was a highly sought after player, but the Cowboys will lose Tyler Lacy and Brock Martin to the NFL Draft, and Trace Ford entered the portal this month.
