Twitter Was on Fire Following OSU’s Win Over TCU
Plenty of Chuba tweets.
The Cowboys got bowl eligible on Saturday with their 34-27 win over TCU. Chuba went insane, the defense showed out and, despite the loss of Tylan, OSU showed it still has enough skill in its receiving corps to get the job done.
My timeline was buzzing during and after the big win. Here are some of the best social media reactions to Chuba’s big game and the Cowboy win.

Chuba is King
Offenses averaging fewer rushing yards per game than Chuba Hubbard: Alabama, LSU, Texas, Texas A&M, Notre Dame and 71 other FBS teams. #okstate

When you have TCU +3 and Chuba just put it in 6th gear. ✌️ pic.twitter.com/h93wOWf812

To put into perspective just how great Barry Sanders' Heisman-winning season was …
Sanders through nine games, 1988: 222 yards/game, 7.5 YPC, 31 TDs
Chuba Hubbard through nine games, 2019: 178 yards/game, 6.8 YPC, 19 TDs

While it was still be an uphill battle, this point really drives home how disappointing the Tech and Baylor games were.
I know his team's record won't allow this, but Chuba Hubbard should at least be invited to New York. He's incredible.

College football moves too fast to worry about what someone did last year. Taylor’s numbers are good, not great and don’t belong in a Heisman discussion.
— Pistols Firing (@pistolsguys) November 2, 2019
If you have a Heisman vote and don’t have Chuba Hubbard on your top 5 list, that vote should be revoked.

There is exactly a zero percent chance that Gundy doesn’t read PFB.
Mike Gundy: “When Chuba Hubbard gets in the open field, it’s like watching Secretariat run down the stretch.”

OSU’s defense was disruptive and stingy, and continues trending in the right direction.
Last 2 weeks – 7 sacks, 7 turnovers forced, 1.8 points/drive allowed. OSU winning with defense and I’m not sure how to react.

#okstate TCU's touchdown was the first allowed by the OSU defense in 31.5 game minutes.

OSU’s receivers, namely Dillon Stoner, filled in for Tylan admirably.
@dillon_stoner is on one today!! Great ball @SpenceSanders ! #GoPokes

I’m dubious.
