Video: Tyreek Hill Runs Blazing 40-Yard Dash at Personal Pro Day
In an effort to improve his draft stock for the 2016 NFL Draft, former Oklahoma State receiver Tyreek Hill held a personal pro day in front of scouts and flashed the speed that has earned him a reputation as one of the fastest men on earth.
In a stopwatch-timed trial from one scout’s account, Hill’s quick burst earned him a 4.21. That time would have been the fastest among 2016 NFL combine participants, and the fastest ever in the history of the event, ahead of a blazing 4.24 Chris Johnson logged in 2008.
Despite off-field issues that cut short his Oklahoma State career, Hill, who later finished his college career by dominating the competition at West Alabama, was drafted in the fifth round with the 165th overall pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2016 Draft.
