Canadian speedster Chuba Hubbard was at one point one of the hottest commodities on the recruiting trail with 24 scholarship offers before shutting it down and committing to OSU. The lightning quick 2017 running back won the Junior 100m title at the Olympic Trials in Edmonton in July, with a blazing time of 10.69.
