WATCH: Travis Ford presents signed poster to Darrell Williams
Can you guess which OU player Williams is scoring over in the pose?
If you’ve been following along in the last few months, you likely already knew the Darrell Williams story was headed for a happy ending.
What you might now know, though, is that Travis Ford is still involved in Williams’ life.
Ford recently traveled down to Commerce, Texas for Williams’ Senior Night at Texas A&M-Commerce to give him a poster of Williams scoring over Cade Davis which is just the greatest photo one could possibly own.
Everybody on OSU’s team wrote on and signed the back of the frame.
That’s pretty cool.
The Ford part starts at 3:15 below but the entire video is worth your time.
“I’m so proud of him,” said Ford. “How he’s handled adversity and the character he has — just proud of the man he’s become.”
