These never get old.
Now former walk-on Jake Springfield got put on scholarship at Oklahoma State this week. Springfield is a redshirt freshman offensive lineman from Flower Mound, Texas. Goodbye out-of-state tuition.

It was great work all around. Good sell-job from offensive line coach Charlie Dickey, and it’s awesome to see Blake Jarwin be the guy to let Springfield — who at this point might get some playing time this year! — know about it.
Maybe in five or so years, the Dallas Cowboys will give Springfield a $22-million contract.
