Zach Crabtree Says He Has to Keep Mason Rudolph Focused on Football, Not ‘Ladies’
Ahh, QB1 at an undefeated FBS school in late October. It must not suck.
Here’s how Mike Gundy said it earlier this year.
“I joked with my wife that I’m sure he’s been a pretty hot, big hit on campus,” said Gundy. “He’s really handled himself well.”
One of Rudolph’s linemen, Zach Crabtree, certainly agrees.
“Usually I’m with (quarterback) Mason (Rudolph). I try to lead Mason down the right path,” Crabtree told the O’Colly. “Make sure he’s in the film room, make sure he’s getting better at studying coverages, teach him a thing or two about throwing the deep ball better.
“Usually he’s a little distracted. He’s out chasing ladies all over the place, so I gotta pull him back. Besides that, just kind of hang out at the house.”
