Report: Michael Weathers Has Committed to Nicholls State
The former OSU guard has apparently found a landing spot.
Michael Weathers has reportedly found a landing spot just two weeks after he and freshmen Kentrevious Jones and Maurice Calloo were dismissed from Oklahoma State’s basketball program.
According to CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein, Weathers has committed to further his basketball career at Nicholls State of the Southland Conference in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

In 16 games at Oklahoma State, Weathers averaged 9.2 points, 2.1 assists and 2.8 rebounds. Weathers sat out the 2017-18 season due to NCAA transfer rules and was the 2016-17 MAC Freshman of the Year after averaging 16.8 points and 4.8 assists for Miami (Ohio).
Last week it was reported that fellow departed Cowboy Maurice Calloo is heading to Cleveland State.
