Oklahoma State Makes Top 6 for 2024 Quarterback Isaac Wilson
Isaac is the younger brother of Jets quarterback Zach Wilson.
A 2024 quarterback with an NFL pedigree included Oklahoma State in his top group.
Isaac Wilson, younger brother of New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson, included the Cowboys in his Top 6 along with UCLA, BYU, Arizona State, Utah and Arizona. Out of Corner Canyon High in Utah, the younger Wilson is the No. 348 player in the 2024 class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, making him the No. 21 quarterback in his class.
Wilson led Corner Canyon to an 11-3 record as a junior in 2022, throwing for 3,774 yards and 40 touchdowns while rushing for another 695 yards and two scores.
He unofficially visited Stillwater in April after OSU offered him in September.
Wilson is one of six quarterbacks the Cowboys have offered in the 2024 cycle, but three of those prospects have committed elsewhere. Maealiuaki Smith (California) and Aidan Glover (Tennessee) are the other uncommitted quarterbacks OSU has offered.
The Cowboys’ 2024 class ranks 29th nationally with seven committed prospects. Should Wilson pick the Pokes, he would become the highest-ranked commit in the class and would bump OSU up to No. 23 nationally.
Zach Wilson was just the No. 958 player in the 2018 recruiting class before heading to BYU where he threw for 7.652 yards and 56 touchdowns in three seasons as the Cougars’ starter. The Jets took Wilson with the second overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
