When it comes to OSU, the AP preseason poll is much less accurate. Only twice in the past decade has the Cowboys’ preseason ranking been within five spots of their position in the final poll. Solid follow-up question – if OSU finishes more than five spots away from where they started 80 percent of the time, would you guess they finish higher than No. 12 or lower than No. 22?
