OSU Bullets
• Is it reasonable to say Eric Morris should be able to figure out the offense with his background?I’m going to assume OSU still improves drastically over last season’s awfulness (the Cowboys were 1-11 and 121st in SP+), but the offense, and especially the O-line, is a major work in progress. The reality is that Oklahoma State has 91 new players on its roster this season. It was unrealistic to expect Morris to immediately turn a program riding a now-21-game losing streak to FBS teams into a conference contender while replacing 90% of the roster. It’s the Cignettification of college football that produced those expectations. I charted all 91 offensive snaps from Oklahoma State’s loss at Tulsa to see how much of the North Texas offense Eric Morris actually brought to Stillwater.
Most of it made the trip. The results did not. (Thread continues below) — Feels Like 45 Podcast (@FeelsLike45Pod) September 7, 2026
