OSU JUCO Commits Facing off on Saturday
Malik Kearse, the first of several cornerback commits in the 2016 class, will face off against fellow OSU commit Tramal Ivy this coming weekend. Ivy is a defensive end from Butler County Community College, and Kearse is in his sophomore campaign at Fort Scott Community College – both well known Kansas schools.
Kearse, a slightly smaller defensive back at 5’9, has only one offer at this point – from Oklahoma State. Ivy, a 6’4, 240-pound defensive end, will likely be called on early in his career in Stillwater with Ogbah likely leaving for the NFL, and Jimmy Bean exhausting his eligibility.
Kearse and Ivy won’t be going head-to-head literally, since both are defensive prospects, but the matchup is a unique one to keep an eye on this coming weekend at the junior college level.
