It was a relatively rough weekend for the Oklahoma State soccer team. The Cowgirls picked up their first loss since Aug. 31 in Norman on Sunday. That game was two days removed from a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Texas on Friday.

Haley Woodard started the scoring in the 64th minute against Oklahoma. The goal was her sixth of the season. However, the Sooners roared back with goals from Emily Parker in the 71st and Kristina O’Donnell in the 88th to give OU a 2-1 victory.

The loss was the Cowgirls’ first of Big 12 play, but thank’s to their draw Friday, OSU remains unbeaten at Neal Patterson Stadium. OSU is 10-2-1 this season with only one game this week, against Texas Tech on Friday in Stillwater.
