Baker Mayfield Calls Oklahoma State ‘A Little Brother’
A commercial actor has strong words for the Cowboys.
The Bedlam rivalry cuts deep no matter if guys are in the midst of it or three years out of it.
Progressive commercial actor Baker Mayfield was asked about Bedlam by ESPN’s Jake Trotter, who covered the Big 12 when Mayfield was in college. Mayfield had a subtle response before going classic Baker.
“Jake, what are you trying to stir up right now?” Mayfield said. “A little brother always needs to be put in his place, Jake. You know that.”
Mayfield played in three Bedlam matchups, going 3-0 while throwing for 1,066 yards, 10 touchdowns and two interceptions. The Cleveland Browns have gone 19-21-1 since drafting Mayfield in 2018.
Oklahoma State and Oklahoma play at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in Norman. The game can be seen on ABC.
