โข Liked this comment by Mike Gundy about having his son (freshman quarterback Gunnar Gundy) out there with him:
โIf a parent says they wouldnโt enjoy being around their child four hours a day in a working environment,โ Gundy said, โI would have a hard time believing that. Iโm enjoying (Gunnar) being out here.โ

โข This tidbit from the spring game about the quarterback play sticks out – Shane Illingworth threw some dimes. Marshall caught the same vibe about the sophomore as well.
Sophomore Shane Illingworth started out a bit slow, but made some high-quality throws, including a contested 25-yard back-shoulder fade to Jaden Bray for the game’s first touchdown. Illingworth later hit redshirt freshman Rashod Owens for a 61-yard bomb. The ball was almost overthrown, but Owens made a great grab with his stretched-out arms.
