โ€ข The Cowboys took down Arizona State at Gallagher Iba yesterdaySteve Lutz outpaced Mike Boynton’s league record last year and it only looks encouraging moving forward:ย

The Cowboys and Sun Devils entered Sundayโ€™s game tied for 14th in the Big 12 standings at 3-8. The win pushes the Cowboys up into a tie for 12th with Cincinnati and UCF.

OSUโ€™s final eight games of the regular season see the Cowboys play UCF twice (Feb. 19 in Stillwater and March 5 in Orlando) and Cincy once (in March 8 in Stillwater). So, those are opportunities to continue to climb.
