• Here’s how some Pokes finished at the British Open yesterday:
– Viktor Hovland was the high Cowboy finishing T12 and bringing home $180k+
– Talor Gooch finished T33 – $60k in winnings
– Rickie Fowler had a nice Sunday and finished T53 – nearly $30k in winnings
• ESPN ranked Mike Gundy the fourth-best college football player (that’s currently a head coach in college football)
• This edge rusher out of Choctaw, Oklahoma looks awesome – the Pokes were the first to offer and OU’s not in the race just yet
• We’ll be keenly watching who’s ready to step up at wide receiver for the Pokes, Gundy laid out who to keep an eye on at Big 12 media days:
“So,” Gundy concluded, “we’re hoping that (Tay Martin and Brennan Presley) will carry us a little bit at that position.”
[PFB]
• Judy Gundy taught her oldest son Mike about one virtue – patience.
• Pretty cool – Tylan Wallace and Chuba Hubbard put on a youth camp in Tulsa over the weekend:
• Let OKC Dave know if there’s any questions you want on his annual OSU fan survey:
Non-OSU Bullets
• The head of the NCAA said last week it’s time to consider “decentralizing college sports”
