• New pitcher Ruby Meylan showed up big time in the Cowgirls’ win over No. 18 Nebraska – after dropping four games early in the season, Cowgirls are showing some mettle fighting out wins over these big programs (PFB)

• Getting to know the stories of players is getting harder with NIL/transfer portal implications, but hearing stories like that of Cowboy Basketball’s Robert Jennings II is still fun (PFB) 

• Collin Oliver and Nick Martin tested well at the NFL combine – fascinating to see how the numbers (particularly Martin’s speed and acceleration) show why he was able to be so effective in college ball (PFB + X)
